Curry Rendang




Originally from Indonesia, rendang curry is a mixture of various spices that was originally used to prepare the marinated beef of the same name. Strong and at the same time fresh thanks to the notes of lemon, this white curry brings originality and spiciness to the dish.

Ingredients: Onion, garlic, galangal, ginger, white pepper, coriander, nutmeg, lemon berries, star anise, cloves.

Rendang curry serves as a base for seasoning many dishes. For example, in marinades for fish with parsley, coriander and coconut milk, as well as in marinades for meat (beef, mutton, chicken). This will allow you to enhance your vegetable dishes, especially in salads and rice. It can replace mustard in salad dressing.

If you want more spiciness, add some chili to the mixture.
